We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible, items should be unworn, unwashed, free from damage, and returned with original tags and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged may not qualify.
Please contact info@gaobexventures.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send returns to the company address unless our support team confirms the return instructions.
Approved returns are reviewed after receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the eligible item value. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
